(A): Contact Us by email: within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the product. Take a picture of the shipping box, product packaging, and product container. The product has to be unused and sealed in the packaging. We will not replace unsealed and used products. We will ship you a replacement of the damaged or defective product. We will pay the shipping charges for the replaced product.
